Weight loss product came open with bugs and no label

I ordered a weight loss product and what I got was some stuff I don't even know what it is. There's no ingredient label on it and no expiration date either. Some of it was already open and a few of them had insects in them.

I called and talked to the person and told her what was going on. She asked me to send pictures so I did. Then she told me I could return it and get a refund. So I sent it back and after that she said she's not going to refund me any money.

I paid $800 for this. The website was eliteensambles.com and the phone number is (907) 744-3146. The address is 3001 Porcupine dr suit 111, Anchorage, AK 99508.
