Applied for a loan and now they won't answer me
Their website says the verification only takes 2 to 3 days. It's been 4 days now and nothing. No contact at all.
The live chat is just a bot, not a real person. It only answers certain things. The phone number they list goes to some answering service that says to say your name and it will connect via google voice. When it connects, nobody ever picks up. It tells you to leave a message with your name and application number and all that, but I never get a call back.
