Ordered from elivue Facebook ad and got charged wrong amount
But they only charged me 81 cents. That’s 0.81 cents. Not the full amount. I don’t know what happened. Their website is elivue.com and the support email is [email protected]. Their address says 264 Bierce Street in Dayton, OH.
I got the stuff but the charge is all wrong. It doesn’t make sense. I didn’t get the surprise package either. I tried calling the number on the site, (406) 530-9856, but nobody picks up.
Ordered a military hat, got a smashed mess in a bag
The same day I finally got the hat, I emailed them asking what the problem was. No answer. So I called the number listed, (406) 530-9856, and it says the call cannot be connected via a land line. I used my cell phone and their line is busy from 8 AM to 7 PM. I also wrote them another email asking for a refund and an address to send this terrible product back to. Still no answer as of today the 14th of May. This has been going on with no contact since the 5th of May 2026. Their contact info on the site is useless.
Ordered a hat and now the phone number doesn't work
The phone number they had on the website is not in service. I just want my money back or the hat. Total was $30.87. They are based in MT, USA but it feels like a scam.
