Handmade bag ordered in June never showed up
After a few weeks went by and nothing came in the mail, I sent an email to the support team at [email protected]. They kept saying it was on its way or that there was some delay. I went back and forth with them through email a few times. Each time they said the same thing, basically just to wait a little longer.
It's been 3 months now and I still don't have any bag. They stopped replying to my last couple of messages. I'm just out the 36 bucks and have nothing to show for it. Pretty frustrating to be honest.
