Stained jacket from Elma Boutique and no return reply
Their website says you have to contact them for a return authorization within 30 days. I've sent 3 emails to [email protected] over the past week and haven't heard anything back. I also saw other customers saying the same thing about poor quality and that returns go to China and you have to pay high shipping yourself.
The images on their site look fake too, like AI generated. I paid 61.95 and I'm stuck with this thing. The phone number on the site is (617) 351-8233 but I haven't tried calling yet.
