Neuropathy offer ended up charging way more than promised
I tried to return it within the time limit and then a reorder subscription shows up charging 219.99. I was upset. They said it was a reoccurring shipment but it said nothing about that anywhere. I let the first one go even though I felt scammed.
So I asked when my 219.99 would be refunded and they said 2 to 3 weeks. Today was 24 days. I called and they said they will process the refund now, even though they had the product for over a week because I sent it certified mail. Then they tell me they are charging a 60.00 restocking fee which was never mentioned. I would be very happy if you could shut down this scam so no one else gets taken advantage of. Thank you so much in advance for your help.
