Ordered something online and never got it

I ordered a product from their website and paid about 60 dollars. That was a while ago and the thing just never showed up. I tried calling the phone number they had listed, (412) 294-7385, and the mailbox is just completely full. You can't get through to anyone.

The website doesn't even pull up on my computer anymore. The address they have is 1500 N. Grant St. suite R, Denver, CO 80203 but I don't know if that's even real. I just want my money back or the product. I don't know what else to do at this point.
