Bought items from their website and never got them

I bought a dress from their Etsy store a while back. It took forever to get here but it was fine, looked like the pictures. So I ordered a second product from them, that one was $147, and it just never shipped.

Then they moved off Etsy and started their own website. I figured it was the same people so I placed another order. Two more items, $389 total. Those never shipped either. I emailed them through the site asking where my stuff was or for a refund. I told them I have all the receipts and everything. I never got any kind of reply back. Just nothing.
