Ordered elderberry supplement from Elvera and never got it
Post office told me it's not there and to file a claim. But since I'm the buyer, the insurance on the claim was paid by the seller Elvera. I told them what the post office said, but all they keep looking at is how it looks like it's at a post office. The post office said no, it's not there.
I've asked for a refund twice now. They just give me the runaround about looking into it further. There's nothing more to do at this point.
