Ordered pet brushes and now they keep charging me

I ordered some pet brushes for my cat from this company and now they are trying to charge me $39.99. This has happened like three or four times already. I keep declining it every single time but they just keep trying. I never even agreed to any kind of subscription or anything like that. It just doesn't make sense why they would keep trying to take money out of my account when I said no. I'm just trying to buy a simple brush for my cat, not sign up for something.
