Embody weight loss sent me unusable trizepitide product
When I reached out they refused to replace it. And they won't give me a refund either. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is (347) 269-4270. I just want my money back at this point.
Paid for second month of GLP-1 and nothing shows up
Then I paid for my second month on September 8 and it never came. Every day I get an email saying the pharmacy has a backlog and I'll get tracking info as soon as the pharmacy completes my order. It's the same email over and over. They say they're in the USA but I've heard they're actually in India. Feels like a bait and switch.
At this point I don't think I'll ever get my meds, and they won't refund my money either. $79 gone.
Paid for GLP 1 injections and only got a shipping label
But when I looked up the tracking number it just says a label was created on 9/2 and FedEx never actually received the package. I tried to reach Embody through chat 3 times, emailed once, and called 3 times. Every single time they told me my issue was escalated and I would get a call back in 24-48 hours. Nobody ever called me back.
I asked for a refund and they told me they have a no refund policy. So I'm out $378 and no injections ever showed up. Their website is joinem.co and the phone number is (347) 269-4270.

They will not review the form or ship the additional medication. Ive contacted them multiple times through their chat and have been told they are escalating the issue with a promised response within 24-48 hours. Then they just dont respond.
I requested refund for failing to provide products ordered and they refused.
Signed up for tirzepatide and now they won't refund me
I've been on the telephone now for over an hour trying to get this sorted out. They will not refund my money. Now they are saying it will take 5-10 days for a refund which is not what was advertised when I signed up. I just want my money back.
Paid $129 for GLP-1 program and got nothing back
It's been really concerning honestly. You just expect that when you pay for something online you at least get some kind of confirmation or shipping update. But it's like they just took the money and disappeared. I'm out the $129 and don't even know what to do next. Just wanted the product I paid for.
