Paid for GLP-1 medication and never got it

I ordered GLP-1 medication from Embody telehealth. They took my payment right away but the medication never came. That was $1.20.

I keep getting these emails saying sorry for the delay, the medication is with the pharmacy, we are monitoring it. Same thing over and over. Nothing ever shows up.

I just want my medication or my money back.
