Ordered boots from Emma and Olivia and never got them

I ordered boots on 9/23 from Emma and Olivia. I still haven't gotten the boots. I asked for a refund and was told since the shipment had already been shipping there was nothing they could do, and that once the package has been shipped it was out of their hands.

I read online that shipments are coming from China and can take up to 2 months to arrive. I want to warn others not to buy from this company. I think that they hold your order so that you are unable to return the items.

I am not sure what help Ecautious.com can give me but they deserve a big fat F. Thank you
