Dress from Emma and Olivia looked nothing like the photo

I ordered a dress from Emma and Olivia and it took a month to come in. When I finally got it, it was nothing like the online photo. The quality was awful, it was like one piece of sewn fabric that looked like an apron and not a dress.

I emailed them about a return and they have not responded at all. I spent $69 on this. Their website is emmaolivia-boutique.com and the email is [email protected] but nobody answers.
