Pinterest boutique sent cheap homemade items and won't refund shipping

I saw some items on Pinterest from Emma Olivia Boutique and decided to buy them. The shipping was supposed to be two weeks but it took way longer than that. When the stuff finally showed up it was homemade, no tags, just cheap materials. One of the items left glitter all over everything and was really itchy.

I emailed them asking for a refund. They told me to send photos, so I did. Then they gave me a return address in China and said they don't cover shipping. So I'm stuck paying to send this junk back or just eating the $123.16 I spent.
