Ordered a yorkie and they kept asking for more money

I ordered a yorkie puppy from them and they told me it was $400.00. So I sent the $400.00 and then all of a sudden they wanted $600.00 more. Then after that they wanted another $1000.00. It just didn't make sense.

He told me they deliver so they can see where the puppy will be living. Then they changed it to being shipped instead. Now they wont send my money back at all. I tried calling the numbers 237 650 7361 and 1 785 330 5484 but nothing. The email was [email protected] and they had a Facebook page. I dont know what else to do.
