Marketplace ad sent me to a site asking for my license

Found a vehicle on Marketplace and it took me to empireautoauction.com. The site asks for your driver's license which I thought was weird. I placed a bid and then found the same vehicles through a google reverse image search that belong to a legitimate business with actual pricing.

When I asked them for the VIN numbers or their dealer number they said to email them. I emailed [email protected] and didnt get a real answer. The whole thing feels like they just want your information and maybe your money. Their address is listed as 6450 delarare st in Denver but I dont trust it.
