Ordered a foot massager on Facebook and got double charged

I saw the EMSense Foot Massager on Facebook and decided to order one. I put in my credit card info and had to update it like 2 times before the payment would go through. The invoice came to $94.24 US.

Right away CIBC sent me a fraud alert because EMSense put a $26 charge on there just to check if my Visa was valid. They cancelled my card. Then I saw charges for $72.42 and $64.15 on my Visa. I disputed the second one and it got cleared.

I did end up receiving 2 foot massagers. I'm keeping them but this was a big lesson for me. Always do your research before buying online. This company is fraud.

No phone number and they keep charging my card

I tried emailing Emsense many times about these charges on my account. No reply at all. There is no phone number to call anywhere on their site so I couldn't report the problem any other way.

They signed me up for two subscriptions I never asked for at 14.99 each. Plus I returned some merchandise and never got the credit for it. I am out $287.74 total. This company has the perfect scam set up. Do not do business with them.
