No order on my account after I paid them

I bought something from their website Enchantedworld.com and then didn't hear anything back. So I messaged them on Instagram to ask about it and they told me I never made an order. But I did, I paid through Venmo. I had to open a dispute with Venmo to try and get my money back. Lost about $44 and some change.
