Ordered air conditioners but got fans instead
I emailed [email protected] about it and no reply. I spent $221 on this. They took my money and sent the wrong thing. I don’t know what else to do.
Returned AC units but they won't refund my credit card
They sent me an email saying they credited my "account" for $387.10. But their website return policy says it goes back to your form of payment. I've called them, emailed them, tried the chat—countless times. No response at all.
All I want is my refund to go back to my credit card. I even emailed them again saying I was going to file a complaint here. Still nothing. Their phone number is 1(302) 207-3829.
Ordered a heater from Epicooler and got a different broken product instead
A week later I asked for a copy of my invoice and a projected ship date. They told me 5 days to ship and said they would send me the invoice right away. Another week went by and I got nothing from them but a product from some other manufacturer showed up. I tested it and it failed miserably.
I disputed the charges and asked for a full refund but now they are saying I have to send this unordered product back to whoever sent it to me.
Ordered from Epicooler website but got a defective unit and now they want me to pay return shipping
After that I kept getting follow-ups from different agents from the same company. Now I got a defective product and I'm just waiting for them to tell me which country I have to send it back to. They're asking why I have to pay shipping fees for something that doesn't even work. Still waiting on a response.
