Letter about expiring home warranty I do not have
The letter says to call immediately to make a payment before cancellation, but it doesn't even state an amount. The phone number on it is (805) 825-3942. I didn't call. I searched online and found other people complaining about the same guy, Eric Henderson, and the same warranty scam.
The presort stamp with no postage made it look more legitimate at first. I can think of several older neighbors who would have gotten this letter and just called to make a payment right away. It's extremely predatory.
