Letter about home warranty with no company name on it

I got this letter on Sept. 1, 2026 from someone named Eric Henderson, Program Director. It said my home warranty was going to expire on Sept. 10th and I needed to call him to activate it. But here's the thing—there was no company name or address on the letter or the envelope. Just a phone number to call: 1-805-429-3772.

I don't even have a home warranty. The letter did show their operating hours as CST. In real small letters at the bottom it says "Not all consumers have previous coverage. We are not affiliated with your current mortgage holder." It also had this "temporary" ID card with my previous married name on it, but my current address. That part felt strange. I didn't call the number.
