Ordered from Ericcraft and got a much smaller cheap product

I ordered a product from their website, https://www.ericcraft.com, and the pictures made it look really strong and ample sized. When it showed up, it's way smaller than expected and the quality is just bad. I'm pretty disappointed about it.

I paid about 40 dollars for this. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but I haven't heard anything back. The address on the site is 2757 east third ave, Denver, CO 80206 but I don't know if that's even real at this point. Just a waste of money.
