Phone call saying I was approved for a loan

I got a call from a guy who said his name was Erik Hill. He told me I was getting a loan offer and then asked for my information so he could do a soft credit pull. Then he offered me a consolidation loan.

But after all that he would not send me any email information. Nothing. He texted me from 9498161070 and the main number was (833) 467-3955. There was also a 949-946-6466 number for texting.

I never got any paperwork or anything in writing from them. Just the calls and texts.
