Ordered from Erth Labs and never got my product

I ordered something from erthlabs.co on July 1st. They took my money from my credit card right away, $52.00. That was 20 days ago and I still don’t have the product.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] a few times. Only got one reply back. No phone number listed anywhere. Their address says 177 E Colorado Blvd STE 2048 in Pasadena, CA but I don’t know if that’s real. No updates from them at all. Just nothing.

Website won't let me cancel subscription and no phone number

I tried to cancel my subscription on erthlabs.com and it's impossible. They have an auto generated email that just sends back a link that doesn't even work. I keep clicking it and nothing happens. I lost $80 on this.

There is no customer service number to call. I emailed [email protected] and get the same auto reply every time. Their address says Irvine, CA but I don't know if that's even real. Just want to stop the payments but can't get ahold of anyone.
