Coffee order never confirmed and no reply from support
I waited 3 days and emailed again asking if they fixed the address and if my order was even processed. I asked for a tracking number too. Still nothing. Then I checked their social media and this site and saw that nobody ever gets a reply from their support. Some people said orders take up to three weeks just to process, and a bunch of people never got their coffee at all.
I already put in a dispute with my card holder to try and get my $71 back. They said it could take up to 45 days. This whole thing has been a terrible experience.
