Phone call about failed document delivery with no company details

This scammer called me. Said her name was Stephanie with ES Processing. She said there was a failed attempt to deliver documents about a complaint to my verified residence. I don't even know what that means.

She said I need to be available to receive the documentation. And if they can't reach me at my house they'll try my place of employment. She said it requires immediate attention and I need to call 844-479-1374 to stop further action. Then she said the call was logged and recorded as proof. Just felt strange. I didn't call back.

Calls about a complaint with a reference number I don't recognize

I keep getting phone calls from (855) 493-1858. The person has a strong accent and I couldn't really understand the name they gave. I think they said the company was ES Processing. They said they were calling about a complaint received in their office and gave me a reference number 800911334.

They also called my parents and my husband leaving the same message. Now they are threatening to contact my place of employment to serve documents. I have no idea what this is about.

They are based in Norwalk, CA 90650. I haven't lost any money but the calls are getting scary.
