Delivery company demanded I pay for a forklift after shipping was already paid
Lowes tried to get on a 3-way call with them to explain the delivery costs were already paid and to ask why they even took the delivery order if they had no equipment to deliver it. They refused to talk. While Lowes was trying to find an alternative, they shipped the order back out of spite.
