Call saying I had $18,000 and just needed to pay a fee

I got a call from someone named Eunice Lawson. She told me I had about $18,000 in my account and if I paid a reduced fee of $1400, I would get that money.

I told her I didn't have $1400 and it would take me a long time to save that up since my income is from Social Security. She said to let her know when I had the money. I told her I would.

I haven't saved anything toward the $1400 she's asking for and I don't plan to. The phone number was (628) 303-6669.
