Letter saying I won a prize and need to pay $2200 first
I called and talked to Williams Morgan. He told me he would personally deliver the check this coming Friday. But he said I would have to send $2,200.00 before the check would be delivered.
It just didn't make sense to me. Why would I have to pay money to get a prize I already won? I didn't send anything.
