Concealed carry permit site took my debit card info

I went on Facebook and found this place called Everyday Carry Ready. They had me answer a bunch of questions about carrying a pistol, and once I got done with all that they got my debit card information so they could take the money off me for sending me my concealed carry permit. That was September 29th.

They said it would arrive within 4 to 7 days and it hasn't showed up yet. So I'm not sure if I got scammed out of the money or what. It was $95.

When I tried getting in touch with them at their phone number (307) 472-0757, they said I needed a suit number which they don't give. Their address shows 5830 E 2nd Street, Casper, WY.
