Bought something from Evora that doesn't work and now they won't answer

I bought a product from Evora LLC and it just does not work the way they said it would. I've been trying to call them about returning it. Every time I call (978) 737-5456, either it says my call cannot be completed as dialed or that the person is not taking calls at this time.

I even tried emailing [email protected] and no luck there either. The website is Evora but I don't have a real address for them, just Palmetto, GA 30268. I spent about $241.96 on this thing and I'm just stuck with it.

I just want to send it back and get my money back. I don't know what else to do.
