Duolingo lookalike site took my money and won't refund

I was trying to find the Duolingo website to get their app. I ended up clicking on a site that used Duolingo as bait and then switched on me. It was a total bait and switch.

They took over $120 from me. I got $60 credited back but now they are just ignoring me about the rest which is $69. The site says they are in Singapore but the address on the site says WA, USA. The products they sent are completely useless to me.

I just want my money back. Be careful out there.
