Vacation trip to St. Thomas paid in full, no service ever provided

An ex coworker invited me on a vacation trip to St. Thomas. I paid the full payment, $4000. Then she contacted me again asking for a monthly payment of $104.20. Service was never rendered. No itinerary at all.

I texted and called her. She just said no refund. I never got anything. She was threatening when I asked. The address she gave was 3925 Bareva Rd, Baltimore, MD 21215. I don’t know what company this even is.
