Ultrasound study course stopped working and they still charged me
I emailed [email protected] to cancel and never heard back. Then I got an email saying my monthly renewal was coming up so I emailed again on August 23rd to cancel before they charged me. Still no response. They charged my card $6.99 on 8/27/2026 anyway.
The worst part is I can't even log in to cancel it myself because the member portal is down. I don't want this charge every month but I have no way to stop it. I really don't want to cancel my whole card because I have so many other things set up on it. Not sure what to do here.
