New job boss email asked for gift cards

Started a new job as an executive assistant and during the first week I get an email that looked like it was from my boss. It was an office task, seemed normal at first. Asked me to handle something quick for them.

I ended up losing $750 because of it. The email came from [email protected] and they had a phone number (656) 245-5453. The address they gave was in Minnetonka, MN. It was a phishing thing, they pretended to be the employer.

I just feel stupid about it. I should have called to verify but it was my first week and I wanted to do a good job. Now I'm out the money and I don't even know who to report it to besides here.
