Order never showed up and they blamed my neighbors

I ordered something from Exertplay and paid 35 dollars. They said the item shipped so I waited. After a while I messaged them because I hadn't gotten anything. They said they reshipped it. I told them I still didn't get it. Then they told me to go ask my neighbors if they had it. I said what? That didn't make any sense. Then they said check with the post office.

So I went to the post office. They looked up the tracking number and said they don't even recognize it. The post office told me it's probably a scam. So now I'm out the 35 bucks. Their email is [email protected] if that helps anyone.
