Children's book not done after paying $2,000
My project manager has "left the company" three different times, all different people. It seems like they won't touch your work unless you contact them with a complaint. I've demanded a full refund and they told me they don't issue refunds at all.
I'm hunting for all my receipts right now because I'm not even 100% sure the total I lost was $2,000. If nothing else works I'll file a charge back with my bank, but so much time has passed that I'm not confident it'll go through. My next step is a demand letter.
