Paid for a driver's ed certificate that wasn't valid in Ohio
Later, we contacted them through their website because they don't have a phone number. They emailed a certificate, and we gave it to the driving school. The school told us it wasn't an approved certificate and was missing some required Ohio number.
I've tried contacting Expert Skills and Groupon about it. Neither one has fixed the problem or given us a refund for the $37. I also contacted my son's bank to try and get the money back. Nothing has worked.
