Order stuck in LA customs and they won't answer

I ordered something and the tracking says it's been stuck at Los Angeles customs for 4 days now. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and it just bounces back. Their phone number (882) 329-1973 doesn't work either.

I paid $49 for this and I can't get ahold of anyone. The whole thing was through facebook. I don't know what else to do at this point.
