Ordered a jump starter from a Facebook ad and now they won't answer

I ordered a battery jump starter from a Facebook ad for 58.98 and paid with my debit card. My buddy ordered the same one and when he opened his he told me to cancel my order because it's not what the ad shows it to be. So when my package came I didn't even open it, I just want to send it back.

But now they're ghosting me and not answering any emails. I tried my bank and they said they can't do anything about it since I ordered it. I'm stuck with a package I never opened and out almost 52 dollars.
