Ad for a Honda Goldwing on Facebook that turned out to be a scam

I saw this ad on Facebook for a 2009 Honda Goldwing trike. Full price was only $1,500.00 which seemed too good to be true but I really wanted it. It said only 14,801 miles and that it was meticulously maintained with lots of extra accessories. Climate controlled storage and always covered. Sounded perfect.

The email on the ad was [email protected] and the address listed was 4207 Sacramento St., Butte, MT 59701. I contacted them and ended up sending $3,000 total. After I sent the money I never heard back. No bike, no replies, nothing.

I feel stupid now but I really thought I was getting a good deal on a pampered trike. Just want people to know this is a scam.
