Ordered a printed atlas and got a download instead
What I got was a downloadable document for RV travel. Not the printed atlas at all. I complained directly to them and the money was refunded the next day. Their comment was "Sorry you weren't satisfied with our product."
Kind of puzzled why the refund was so easy. I did mention I was going to file a complaint with my CC company. Maybe that's what did it.
