Flower arrangement came torn up and then I got blocked

I bought a flower arrangement from someone on Facebook market. Paid $80 for it. When I got it everything was torn up and nothing was connected properly. It looked nothing like what was shown.

I asked for a refund and didn't get one. Then I got blocked on all social media and they removed my comments too. The address was 1149 montera, El Paso, TX 79907. Phone number is (915) 615-9883.

Just want to help others not get scammed like this.
