Fake CashApp email from Facebook Marketplace buyer

Someone contacted me on Facebook Marketplace wanting to buy something I had listed. They sent me a fake CashApp email and when I called the number in it, it answered like it was CashApp support. They told me I needed $500 in my account to validate the transaction.

Then they shared my screen and took $500 out as bitcoin. After that they sent another $190 and cleaned out my account to zero. The phone disconnected and all the numbers and profiles were gone.

I disputed the charges but because they shared my screen it shows I authorized it. I got tricked because the emails and phone prompts looked like real CashApp. Lost $700 total.
