Paid up front for truck work and he never showed

This guy had his business advertised on facebook so I messaged him on his business page. We agreed on a price for the work on my truck. He said he needed the money up front for parts and labor so I sent him the 215 dollars.

Then after I sent it, he comes back saying he needs more money before he'll even come out to do the job. I told him no and asked for my money back since he hadn't done anything at all. He just refused. Never came out, never did any work on my truck. Just kept the money.
