Can't cancel dog supplement subscription after six tries

I ordered supplements for my dog and now I'm trying to cancel the subscription. I've contacted them 6 times and they refuse to cancel. Every time they just keep trying to offer me something else instead.

I already removed my credit card from the SHOP app I used to purchase, but they still won't cancel the subscription. I've been unsuccessful with getting them to stop it.
