Ordered a chair from a Facebook ad that never came

I ordered an outdoor chair from toketgift.com after seeing it on Facebook. A month went by and it never showed up. When I asked about it, they told me it had been delivered, but they could never tell me who delivered it or give me any proof.

Then they said they would re-order it for me. Same thing happened again. It never arrived, and they told me for the second time that it had arrived. I paid $37 for this and I still don't have a chair.
