Mop ad showed easy clip but product didn't work at all
When I finally used it the mop doesn’t do anything like the ad showed. I paid $45.86 for this thing thinking it would actually work. I asked for a refund and they said I have to pay to ship it back and then they’d only give me $15.00. It’s a scam.
The phone number they had was (861) 860-6535 but I don’t know if that even works. I just want my money back.
