Order from Faithcorner never arrived and they refused refund

I placed an online order on their website and they gave me an arrival date window. I waited and waited. On the very last day of that window, I checked the tracking and it said the item was just leaving China. That didn't make any sense to me because the time was already up.

So I asked them to cancel the order and give me my money back. They said no. They wouldn't do it. I lost 60 dollars on this. They just refused to refund me even though the item wasn't even shipped to me yet. I don't know what else to do about it.
